Cancellation Policy
To confirm your session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid up to 3 days before the session date. Rescheduling can be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Changes with less time may generate an additional charge. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, since it ensures your space in the agenda. If there is a cause of force majeure (weather, illness, etc.), it can be rescheduled without penalty. Punctuality is important. If the client arrives late, the time lost will be deducted from the total of the session. The photographer may use some images for promotional purposes (web or social networks), unless the client indicates otherwise before the session. When booking, the customer accepts all the above conditions.
